GAdzhikov Tennis Physical Training & Fitness Program 11 - 15 The Tennis Physical Training & Fitness Program 11 -15 is design for tennis players aged 11 - 15 and enhances a player’s strength, speed, endurance, agility, balance, coordination, and injury prevention, preparing them for the demands of modern tennis. The physical training program is suitable for any aspiring junior tennis players who wants to improve their on court performance. Minimum equipment is needed, and the training sessions can be done in multiple environments, such as: parks, tennis courts, backyards, or even on the beach. Why Physical Training Matters Tennis matches can last for hours, making physical conditioning essential for peak technique, tactics, and mental performance. Our program focuses on building well-rounded tennis athletes from young age, helping them to develop according their age and at the same time to be able to perform under tough conditions, such as extreme heat or intense match play. The program combines bodyweight exercises and tennis-specific drills to improve agility, endurance, power, speed, coordination, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility. Program Structure • 26 weeks progressive periodization plan • 12 different training sessions across 5 main groups: • Strength training • Physical training • Cardio • Speed • Mobility & flexibility • 2 -3 training sessions weekly Each session includes a warm-up activation, main training part, and cool-down, with a 26-week periodization plan ensuring progressive overload and consistent improvement.
