The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.adzhikov.com (the “Site”).
Before using any of our services please read carefully these terms and conditions.
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to our website www.adzhikov.com , establishing the rules and informing the Users (or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) about the use of the services provided by (GAdzhikov), including but not limited to our Online and In person programs, online platform, website, digital content, and live or digital services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our website www.adzhikov.com or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Any use of the Services by an individual requires the consent and acceptance of these Terms prior to participation. Any use of the Services by Minor (individual under the age of 18 )requires the consent and acceptance of these Terms by a parent or legal guardian prior to the Minor participation.If the Parent or Guardian do not agree to these Terms, the Minor must not use the Services.
2. LANGUAGE OF TERMS AND BUSINESS
Although the website and Services may be made available in multiple languages for the convenience of Users (or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) or the Minors, the English version shall be the main and legally binding language.
In the event of any inconsistency, ambiguity, or conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail and govern the interpretation of these Terms, all communications, purchases, subscriptions, receipts, invoices, and other contractual dealings related to the Services.
3. DEFINITIONS
· “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means (GAdzhikov)
· “Platform” means our website(s) - www.adzhikov.com , application(s), and related digital infrastructure.
· “Services” refers to all services provided by GAdzhikov including but not limited to Online and In person programs, Live Services, Performance resources content, Digital Content provided and Nutritional Information.
· “Live Services” includes individual or group In person tennis training or physical training, tennis footwork training, real-time online training, tennis racquet stringing.
· ’’Content’’ includes text, photos, logos, design, videos and other materials.
· “Digital Content” includes pre-recorded physical training and tennis footwork videos and all Online programs, all the materials, Performance resources, online video analysis and sample periodization plans and training sessions content.
· “Nutritional Information” means general educational advice provided to support physical training and does not constitute medical advice or a clinical nutritional plan.
· “User” means any individual who accesses or uses the Services.
· “Minor” means a User under the age of 18.
· “Guardian” means the Parent or legal Guardian with lawful responsibility for a minor.
· “Account” means a registered user profile created by the User( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) to access the Services.
· “Content” means all video material, text, pdf materials ,audio, images, programs, training program plans, periodization training plans, general nutritional information for educational purposes only and all the materials made available through the Services.
4. ELIGIBILITY & AGE REQUIREMENTS
All services are available for the Users aged 18 years and older. Certain services may also be used by the Minors (Users under 18 years of age ), including but not limited to:
· Prerecorded physical training program
· Prerecorded tennis footwork training
· Nutritional advisory to support the physical training
· One to one or group In person tennis training.
· Online tennis training including one to one or group training in real time .
· Online tennis video analysis
· Performance resources
The User may only use the Services if:
Creates an Account and assumes full responsibility and liability for their participation in all Services ( Online and In person ) and any activities under their account.
The Minor may only use the Services if:
The Parent or Guardian creates an account on behalf of the Minor.
The Parent or Guardian provides explicit consent for the Minor's participation in the chosen Services ( Online and In person)
The Parent or Guardian assumes full responsibility and liability for the Minor's participation in all Services ( Online and In person ) and any activities under their account.
The Users (or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ), must:
· Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
· Agree to be bound by these Terms
· Complete and submit the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and informed consent forms where required.
· Participate only in services suitable for them
· Assume full responsibility and liability for their participation
· Supervise all training activities in the case of Minors
By registering an account for the Minor, the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the minor confirms that:
· They have legal authority to do so
· All information provided is accurate and complete
· They agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the Minor
We may request proof of age or guardianship and reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
5. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
An account may only be created by individuals aged 18 or over. Where the participant is a Minor, the account must be created and managed by a Parent or legal Guardian, who assumes full responsibility for all activities conducted under the account on the Platform.
Access to any of the services provided by the company including but not limited to In person training program, Online training Programs, Performance resources and Nutritional advice requires the User ( or the Parent or the Guardian on behalf of the Minor when applicable ) to create an account and sign up prior to participation in the services provided by the company. By completing the sigh up the User ( or the Parent or the Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor )have the responsibility for :
Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials including the username and password.
The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) is responsible for all activity resulting from their failure to keep their login details secure.
Accounts must not be shared, sold, or transferred by the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) or the Minor.
The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of the account.
Personal data provided during registration will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) Account without any prior notice, if we believe the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) or Minor have breached these Terms.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) or Minor failure to maintain the confidentiality and security of the account details.
6. SUBMITTED CONTENT AND ACCESS
1. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) can submit content in the members directory through their account, including but not limited to training plans, goal-setting information, performance player profile, competition participation or results, player progress updates, performance data, training feedback, videos, and nutrition information and nutritional plans relevant to their tennis development.
2. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of any content they submit through their account. By submitting content, the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) confirm that they have the right to provide the information and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) should not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
3. All submitted content will be accessible only to the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) who submitted it and GAdzhikov, authorized coaches and company staff for the purposes of providing coaching services, monitoring player performance and development, delivering feedback, and administering training programs. Content will not be shared with other members.
4. While reasonable technical and organizational measures are taken to maintain the security and functionality of the website, GAdzhikov does not guarantee permanent storage, uninterrupted access, or integrity of submitted content. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) are encouraged to retain copies of any uploaded materials.
5. GAdzhikov reserves the right to review, restrict access to, modify, or remove any content that it reasonably considers unlawful, inappropriate, or in violation of these Terms.
6. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) agree to indemnify and hold harmless GAdzhikov, its owners, coaches, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to content submitted by the member through their account, including any inaccuracies, omissions, or legal issues associated with such content. Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
7. Content ownership and license - All intellectual property rights in content submitted by the User (or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of a Minor), including information entered into forms, templates, or structured materials provided through the platform, remain with the User (or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor )or the rightful owner of that content.
All templates, forms, systems, and structured materials made available on the platform remain the intellectual property of GAdzhikov and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used outside the platform without prior written permission.
By submitting information through the platform, the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) grants GAdzhikov a non-exclusive, limited, royalty-free license to access, store, process, and use the submitted content solely for the purposes of providing coaching services, analyzing performance, delivering feedback, administering training programs, and maintaining the functionality of the platform.
This license does not grant GAdzhikov the right to publicly distribute or commercialize the submitted content without the User’s (or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) consent, except where necessary for the operation of the coaching services.
8. Use of performance and training data - The User (or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of a Minor) acknowledges that information submitted through the platform, including but not limited to data entered into training forms, performance tracking materials, goal-setting templates, nutritional plans or other structured coaching tools, may be processed and analyzed by GAdzhikov and authorized coaches for the purposes of:
· monitoring player development
· to analyze training progress and performance
· delivering personalized coaching feedback
· maintaining training records and coaching history
· improving coaching programs and services
· providing nutritional guidance and making adjustments to the current nutritional plan whenever necessary.
7. SERVICES PROVIDED
Services provided by us include but not limited to:
· Pre-recorded video content (with detailed explanation of each exercise ) which is delivered on a self paced model that does not include live instructions and real time supervision.
· Online prerecorded physical training and fitness videos.
· Online tennis training - including one to one and group training in real time.
· Online prerecorded tennis specific footwork training.
· Online tennis video analysis.
· Educational or instructional digital content and materials with sample training programs and sample periodization plans.
· Performance resources
· Nutritional advisory to support the physical training program.
· In person tennis training including one to one and group training.
· In person physical training including one to one or group training.
· Tennis racquets stringing service.
Disclaimer: While we take care of the User's or Minor's equipment during the stringing service, the Company is not liable for any damage of racquet frames where such damage results from pre-existing structural issues ( cracks, chips, grommets issues ) on the frame or manufacturing defects.
11.Services provided on Subscription-basis or one-time purchase services.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at its discretion.
8. ACCESS TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY US
Before participation in any of the Services provided by us the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) must complete our Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire ( PAR-Q) and Informed Consent forms.
Access to the Services provided by us: Upon receipt of payment, we grant the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable access to all the Content of the chosen Service for the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) or the Minor personal, non-commercial use only.
Duration of the access to the Services provided by us: Access is provided for a set period of time ( according to the duration of the training program that is clearly shown before purchasing ) from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to discontinue the Course with 30 days’ notice.
System requirements for the use of the Services: It is the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) sole responsibility to ensure that the hardware and internet connection meet the technical requirements to stream the content.
Subject to the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) compliance with these Terms, GAdzhikov gives the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) the permission to use the Site for their own personal, non-transferable , non-commercial use only. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) or the Minor may not copy, share, publish, sell, or transfer any content from the platform to any third parties.
9. THE CONTENT OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED
Some of the Services provided by us have pre recorded video content and are delivered on a self paced model that does not include live instructions and real time supervision.
The Content is designed for general physical conditioning, footwork, tennis and educational purposes only.
We do not guarantee suitability of the Services provided by us for every User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) or the Minor. This is why we do recommend that all the Users ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) or the Minor consult with qualified healthcare professionals prior to their own / or the minor participation in any physical activity or tennis training program.
We do recommend that all the Users ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) or the Minors consult with certified health care professionals and certified dietitians before using any nutritional advice provided by us.
Any nutritional advisory information provided by us does not intend to substitute the professional medical specific dietary advice provided by qualified healthcare professionals and dietitians. It is the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) responsibility to consult with qualified healthcare professionals and certified dietitians for specific nutritional advice.
We do not provide any medical advice.
The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) is solely responsible for determining whether the Services are appropriate for them / or for the Minor.
10. THE USER RESPONSIBILITY AND SUPERVISION BEFORE AND DURING THE PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES
Prior to and during participation in any of the services provided by us the User (or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) agrees to take full responsibility for the following:
1. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) agrees to create an account and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials including the username and password.
2. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) is solely responsible for all the activities under the account and will be held fully liable for such activities.
3. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) agrees to complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and the Informed consent forms prior to participation in any of the services provided by us.
4. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) acknowledges that participation in any physical activity or tennis training (Online and In person) provided by us involves inherent risks, including injuries.
5. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) acknowledges that they have been informed of and understands these risks and voluntarily agrees and chooses to participate or for the Minor to participate in any of the services provided by us.
6. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) acknowledge their full responsibility and agrees to consult with a qualified medical professional before participating in any of the services provided by us if they:
· Have any medical condition or disability
· Have a history of medical condition or disability
· Answering ‘’YES’’ to one or more of the questions in the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ)
· Are recovering from injury or illness or experiences pain, dizziness, or discomfort
We do reserves the rights to refuse any of the Services provided by us, if we consider that the User or the Minor participation in any of the services provided by us may cause a risk to their health and safety
7. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) agrees that the use of the platform and participation in any of the services provided by us is at their sole risk and assumes full responsibility for the risk of any and all the injuries, damages or losses they may suffer without limitations while engaging in the services, without limitation.
8. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) acknowledges and assumes full responsibility to ensure all the activities and exercises within the Services are performed safely and in appropriate manner.
9. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) acknowledges and assumes full responsibility for ensuring that all equipment in use and the environment are suitable and safe for exercising within the User's or the Minor's capability. This includes but is not limited to: sufficient hazard-free space; an area clear of dangerous objects; safe and appropriate training equipment suited to the participant's physical ability and the present weather conditions; ensuring that all attachable equipment is securely fastened to a structural mount or anchor point that guarantees stability and safety; weather and surface conditions are suitable for training; and ensuring that appropriate for the training environment attire and footwear are worn at all times.
10. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) acknowledges and assumes full responsibility to ensure that their physical ability allows them to participate in the chosen Services and to monitor their own physical condition at any time during participation.
11. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) acknowledges and assumes full responsibility to discontinue the participation in the chosen Services immediately in event of discomfort, not feeling well or injury during the participation.
12. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) acknowledges and assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the participation in any of the services provided by us.
13. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Company, its directors, employees, instructors, and partners from any claims arising from the use of any of the services provided by us including the reliance on content.
14. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) waives and releases the Company, its directors, employees, instructors, and partners from any and all liability for injuries, damages or losses which may arise from their participation in any of the services provided by us. Nothing in these terms seeks to limit or exclude any of the User’s statutory rights that cannot be waived by law, including our responsibility for any harm caused by our negligence.
15. The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) agrees that we do not guarantee specific results and achievements as a result of the User's participation in any of the services provided by us. All the results and achievements are based on factors such as: individual personal effort ,motivation, adherence to the training plan, time commitment, external factors etc.
16. The User (or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) acknowledges that we do not monitor or supervise the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) or the Minor during the use of the services except when the Services are delivered In person.
11. THE USER RESPONSIBILITY AND SUPERVISION BEFORE AND DURING THE PARTICIPATION IN THE SERVICES
(SPECIAL TERMS FOR MINORS (UNDER the age of 18)
Prior to and during participation in any of the services provided by us the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor, agrees full responsibility of behalf of the Minor for the following:
1. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor agrees to create an account and maintain the confidentiality of login credentials including the username and password.
2. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor has the responsibility for all the Minor activities under the account and will be held fully liable for such activities.
3. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor acknowledges and assumes all responsibilities for providing the necessary guidelines to the Minor on how to maintain the safety and the privacy during the use of the platform.
4. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor acknowledges and assumes full responsibility to complete the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and the Informed consent forms on behalf of the Minor, prior to participation in any of the Services provided by us.
5. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor acknowledges that participating in any physical activity or tennis training (Online and In person ) provided by us involves inherent risks, including injuries.
6. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor acknowledges that it has been informed of and understands these risks and voluntarily agrees and chooses the Minor to participate in any of the services provided by us.
7. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor acknowledge their full responsibility and agrees to consult with a qualified medical professional before allowing the Minor to participate in any of the services provided by us, if the Minor:
· Have a medical condition or disability
· Have a history of medical condition or disability
· Answering ‘’YES’ to one or more of the questions in the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)
· Is recovering from injury or illness
· Experiences pain, dizziness, or discomfort
We do reserve the right to refuse the Service, if we consider that the Minor’s participation in any of the services provided by us may cause a risk to the Minor’s health and safety.
8. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor agrees that the Minor use of the platform and participation in any of the services provided by us is at their sole risk and the Parent or Guardian assumes full responsibility for the risk of any and all the injuries, damages or losses they may suffer without limitations while engaging in the services, without limitation.
9. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor acknowledges and assumes full responsibility to supervise the Minor during participation in any of the services provided by us.
10. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor acknowledges and assumes full responsibility to ensure all the activities and exercises within the Services are performed by the Minor safely and in appropriate manner.
11. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor acknowledges and assumes full responsibility for ensuring that all equipment in use and the environment are suitable and safe for exercising within the Minor’s capability. 12. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor acknowledges and assumes full responsibility to ensure that the Minor physical ability allows them to participate in the chosen Services and to monitor their physical condition at any time during participation.
13. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor acknowledges and assumes full responsibility to discontinue the Minor’s participation in the chosen Services immediately in event of discomfort, not feeling well or injury during the participation.
14. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor acknowledges and assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the Minor ‘s participation in any of the services provided by us.
15. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Company, its directors, employees, instructors, and partners from any claims arising from the use of any of the services provided by us including the reliance on content.
16. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor waives and releases the Company, its directors, employees, instructors, and partners from any and all liability for injuries ,damages or losses which may arise from the Minor participation in any of the services provided by us.
17. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor acknowledges and assumes all risks and responsibilities and releases the Company, its directors, employees, instructors, and partners from any and all liability for injuries, damages or losses which may arise from the Minor participation in any of the services provided by us.
18. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor agrees that we do not guarantee specific results and achievements as a result of the Minor use of any of the services provided by us. All the results and achievements are based on factors such as: individual personal effort ,motivation, adherence to the training plan, time commitment, external factors etc.
19. The Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor acknowledges that we do not monitor or supervise the Minor during the use of the Services, except when the Services are delivered In person.
12. MEDICAL & HEALTH DISCLAIMER
No Medical Advice: Our services do not provide any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Any Nutritional information provided by us does not intend to substitute the professional medical specific dietary advice provided by qualified healthcare professionals and dieticians. All the Users (or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) or the Minor's should consult with qualified healthcare professionals and certified dietitians for specific nutritional advice.
Participation in any physical activity, including the services we offer (both Online and In person), carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
The User (or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for these risks.
The Users (or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) acknowledge they have been informed of and understand these risks and voluntarily agree and choose to participate in any of the services provided by us.
13.LIABILITY WAIVER, RELEASE, AND INDEMNITY
Nothing in these terms seeks to limit or exclude any of the User’s (or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) statutory rights that cannot be waived by law, including our responsibility for any harm caused by our negligence.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or personal outcomes, arising out of or related to:
· The User or the Minor Participation in or reliance on the Services
· The User or The Minor Use or inability to use the online platform
· Any third-party tools, software, or resources referenced
· Release of claim
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor )agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, contractors, and agents from any claims or liabilities arising out of participation in any of the services provided by us, where such claims relate to acts or omissions occurring on or before the date of this Agreement.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless
The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, coaches, contractors, and agents against any losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from:
· The User’s or Minor’s participation in any of the services provided by the Company or reliance on training content or instructions.
· Any misuse of the services, online platforms, or recommended equipment by the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor )or the Minor.
· Any breach of these Terms by the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) or the Minor.
· Any infringement by the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) or Minor of third-party rights
This indemnity applies only to the extent permitted by law.
14. PAYMENTS, FEES & SUBSCRIPTIONS
1. Fees and Pricing
All fees for the Services provided by us are displayed on our website and are subject to change and will be communicated in advance where required by law. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payment through authorized third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us to charge all applicable fees.
3. Subscription Plans
Some of the Services provided by us are offered on a recurring subscription basis ( weekly or monthly) which are displayed on the platform. By subscribing the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) agrees to pay all recurring fees associated with their selected Service until the subscription is canceled in accordance with these Terms.
4. Automatic Renewal

5.Cancellation
The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings, by emailing info.adzhikov@gmail.com or as otherwise instructed on the website. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds or credits will be provided for unused time.

We required the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) to give a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation for an already booked and arranged training session.
Late cancellation fee: If the User (or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) cancels within less than 24 hours notice provided in writing to us, the full fee will be charged as a genuine pre-estimate of our loss and it is non - refundable.
No show off: If the User or the Minor does not show up for a scheduled training without prior notice this will be treated as a late cancellation and full fee will be charged as a genuine pre-estimate of our loss
Late Cancellations: If the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) cancel with less than 24 hours notice, We are typically entitled to charge the full fee as a genuine pre-estimate of our loss.
Refunds and Cancellation Rights for Online services and digital content

Special clause for personalized video analysis - Due to the bespoke and personalized nature of video analysis, once the final analysis report or video has been delivered, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services.

If a payment fails or is declined, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) or the Minor’s access to the Services until payment is successfully processed. We may attempt to reprocess failed payments using the payment method on file.

This includes, but is not limited to, video and photography material, text, and audio recordings, training plans, competition materials, personalized players information and performance profiles.
The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor )or the Minor represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent to all submitted content and that it does not violate any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
By submitting content, the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) grants GAdzhikov a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sub-licensable license to:
· Use, Reproduce, and Modify: Adapt, edit, publish, reproduce and display the content across any media now known or developed in the future.
· Promotional Usage: Use images, videos and recordings for any lawful purpose, including promotion and marketing on public-facing websites, digital apps, advertisements, and social media platforms.
· Internal Usage: Use content for internal training and educational materials.
16. ACCEPTABLE USE
The User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) agrees to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
· Using the Services provided by us for any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purpose.
· Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the Platform.
· Uploading, posting, or distributing content that is inappropriate, abusive, misleading, or unlawful.
· Misusing any Content or Services from the Platform, including sharing account credentials or granting unauthorized access to another person.
· Uploading or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, threatening, or intended to harass other Users or coaches.
We reserve the right to monitor the Platform and any associated social media channels to ensure safety and compliance with these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately and without refund in the event of a material breach of these Terms.

In the course of providing the Services, we may request to take photographs or videos of the User or the Minor for purposes including, but not limited to, tracking progress over time, ensuring correct training form, celebrating achievements, or marketing activities related to the Services.Such photos or videos will only be used after obtaining explicit written consent from the User ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ).
The Users ( or the Parent or Guardian on behalf of the Minor ) have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data at any time by notifying us in writing, subject to applicable legal requirements.

18. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION

All requests must be supported by certified medical evidence.
