The GAdzhikov tennis training Method is formulated, based on the knowledge from the tennis coaching education and on the experience at the highest levels of the game of tennis Georgi has gained during the last couple of decades.This tennis training method is designed to develop each and every tennis player to their individual maximum potential.
The GAdzhikov tennis training methods build around  6 fully  integrated components ( Plan and Goals , Technical development, Tactical knowledge,Physical development , Mental training , Recovery and Nutrition.)Each of these components plays an essential role in the holistic development of every tennis player. All of these components combined together,  ensuring the player is well prepared to train, compete and perform at their highest level consistently. Our method of training has been proven effective through out the years for tennis players at every level - from recreational and competitive to elite professional tennis.Its core principle is building a strong foundation through an integrated training approach, while adapting to the demands of the modern game of tennis and the each player individual characteristics.

In our training method everything begins with a clear plan and realistic well defined goals, outlining how to execute them effectively. Our team of professional tennis coaches will evaluate every player individual strengths and weaknesses  and will create a personalized player profile.Using this as a foundation we create a tailored development pathway with goal settings providing each individual player with clear structured route to achieve their full potential. Through regular monitoring and performance evaluation, we ensure that the necessary adjustments are implemented accurately and on time.

The technical development of the tennis player is a main priority in our training programs.Our team of professional coaches are meticulous in the attention to the details and spare no effort in ensuring the player technic on the tennis strokes and the footwork is developed correctly to the highest standard as early as possible.

Although the technical changes could be introduced later in the players career , we focus on establishing the correct technical habits right at the very beginning giving each tennis player the necessary set of skills required to compete at the highest possible level without any limitations in the future.

The correct Physical development according to the age of the every tennis players is the foundation for the successful tennis career. Considering the fact that junior tennis players are not just a little adults and can’t train like an adults professional tennis players in terms of structure, volume, intensity and work load we have designed structured aged - appropriate  training plans to support the growth and the development of every player.We develop each individual physical abilities with a focus on Agility, Balance, Coordination, Strength, Explosiveness, Reaction and endurance in order to maximize the player performance on the court now and in the future

Mental preparation of the tennis player have a significant role in the modern game go tennis.Thats why the mental training is a key component in our method. A player's mental toughness and ability to manage emotions during intensive training and competitions often determine performance in the most crucial moments.To be mentally and emotionally resilient when needed most  is a huge factor in the modern game of tennis. Using special mental training techniques, we aim to help the players develop the fundamental basic and performance mental skills from the earliest stages go their development. The main goal is the tennis player to become mentally resilient and to reach to the zone ,where they feel confident on the court and reach higher psychological level of performance.

Without tactical knowledge and general understanding of the game even the best technically and physically prepared players will get lost on the court when competing. We focus on developing the tactical knowledge and capabilities of the player during each and every training session by establishing the patterns of play that are most suitable for each individual tennis player.There is no one way fitting all that's why the individual approach is crucial in order to take the best out of the players ability and implement it into the game strategy. As a result the player gain better understanding of their strengths and weaknesses, learning how to leverage the strengths and minimize the weaknesses to maximize their advantage by using the effective strategies during the points.

Recovery and Nutrition are fundamental to a tennis player's performance on the court.They form a key component in our training method , enabling the tennis players to train and compete consistently at the highest possible level day in and day out. From an early age, tennis players must understand the critical role of the recovery in preventing injuries and enhancing performance. The proper nutritional intake enables the body to recover effectively between intense training session and and competitions.By educating the tennis players on how to rest and recover after training and competing and on the types of nutrients and fluids the body needs prior, during and post practice, we aim to improve the quality of their performance on the tennis court as well as their overall lifestyle.
