Based on our signature tennis program - Performance Tennis Training Camp is created especially for competitive players at age 12 and above, who aim to reach their maximum potential and compete on national and international level. With maximum 3:1 player to coach ratio and 3 hours of intensive training daily, over the period of 5 days you can boost your current tennis performance. The Performance Tennis Training Camp integrates all six components of our training method - combining technical, tactical, physical and mental development to create balanced, well rounded tennis athletes.

Through our holistic coaching approach and high

performance tennis environment we provide a structured training program focusing on the discipline and work ethic which are the necessary ingredients for successful tennis career.

Our Performance Tennis Training Camp delivers 3 hours of intensive daily training. Each day includes a structured warm-up, 45 minutes of physical training, 45 minutes of tennis specific  footwork training, 45 minutes of technical and tactical development, and a 30-minute match-play session followed by a  cool-down.

This Performance Tennis Training Camp is ideal for:

 

Junior tennis players competing on the national or international stage or preparing for college tennis.

Tennis players making a transition from junior to professional tennis circuit 

Established professional tennis players who already competing on the pro circuit and seeking to refine and to enhance their current performance.
