This physical training session is taken directly from the live Tennis Physical Training Program and follows our structured performance system. The full training program is built on a 26-week progressive periodization system, designed to develop tennis-specific strength, movement, conditioning, and mobility over time. The Tennis Physical Training Program combines bodyweight exercises and tennis-specific drills to improve agility, endurance, power, coordination, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility. Minimum equipment is needed, and the training sessions can be done in multiple environments, such as: parks, tennis courts, backyards, or even on the beach.
