Anesa Ismajli and Nadja Knezevic fought against each other in the Final of Tennis Europe U14 Skoder

What is the better way than finish the tournament with a great battle between two best friends! Anesa and Nadja went all the way to the final in the doubles tournament where they were opponents for the change. The two best friends who are practicing together had to face eachother to decide who will capture the title at U14 Tennis Europe in Skoder. After an epic final last nearly 2 hours Nadja and her partner Maria got better of Anesa and Albina in two sets 6:4 6:3.
That was the first Tennis Europe final for Anesa which is a great achivemant for the 13 years old national palyer from Kosovo.Anesa also reach to the round of 16 in the singles tournament this week in Shkoder and backed her result from the toernament last week Tennis Europe U14 in Skopje. What a great achivement for Anesa and remarkable progress in the past few months down to her hardworking attitude and willing to improve each and every day. Wel done and keep on going stronger.
Nadja Knezevic had an amazing perfornce this week where she managed to play a great tennis in the singles and doubles tournament in Skoder. Following the final she played last week in the U16 event, this week Nadja went all the way to the title in the doubles tournament at Tennis Europe U14 Skoder. She had team up with Maria again this week in the doubles competition and they managed to win the title. Nadja's great performance lead her to the semi final in the single draw where she had an epic battle against Maria. Nadja took the first set 6:3 and totaly dominated the opponent. In the second set she was 5:4 but the opponent rise up the level of the game and managed to turn it around 5:7 . In the third set Maria kept the momentumn going and close the match with 6:2. Despite of the result Nadja once againg showed a great charectar and amazing qulity of the tennis! Fanstic performance and big improvement over the summer for her, lets keep thee process going and the results will follow! Well done Champion !!!
